About Us
The Firm
To provide you with efficient, professional service we limit the files we take, primarily to personal injury claims and family law matters. In some situations we may also take related matters, but if it is something we do not handle we will refer you to another lawyer.
We believe in fairness – fairness to our clients and fairness in law. No one should be drawn into an unnecessary or uneconomical lawsuit. We will clearly let you know if that is the situation you are facing.
The firm’s philosophy includes attention to detail, clear advice, and assertive representation. If you need explanations, we will give them. If you have any questions or concerns, we will answer them. If you need representation, we will strongly speak for you. Throughout this, we will deal with you in plain English.
You can expect to be treated with understanding and compassion. This assists you and us to put your case forward in a better manner.

Glenn W. Kereluk
Glenn has been practicing law continuously since 1979, after receiving his Bachelor of Arts (1975) and Bachelor of Laws (1978) at the University of British Columbia.
His areas of practice are personal injury law and family law. He represents clients in the BC Court of Appeal, BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court. Other lawyers refer clients to Glenn and have retained him to conduct or assist in cases where they felt they could benefit from his knowledge and experience.
For almost 10 years Glenn has provided legal services to the Law Society of British Columbia, the professional governing and regulation body of all lawyers in BC.
Glenn’s approach to every case is straight forward. People must be treated fairly by the legal system and by their lawyer. Very careful attention to detail and to the law, good client communication, hard work and strong, vigorous representation are keystones of his philosophy and practice. He applies these values and expects it of the firm’s staff.
The only personal injury clients Glenn represents are the injured persons. He does not represent insurance companies. His concern is for the injured person.
